The application of our decorative texture coating is also a multi-step process, depending on patterns and colors schemes chosen. With any floor coating, surface preparation is essential to long lasting adhesion and durability of any product. Surface preparation, which includes: surface grinding, removal of any loose and weak concrete, acid etching, high-psi washing along with chasing and filling cracks and pits and other imperfections. This rigorous preparation is designed to clean and expose the pores of the concrete surface, then fill in any cracks, pits and other voids to render a nice smooth and flat surface again. This step is essential to any of our coating applications. Once the surface is properly prepared, we begin to apply our decorative coatings. The coating process itself could be as easy as a single-step process or several steps, depending on whether patterns, borders and/or logo's, along with the color schemes chosen.
